The Five Step Action Plan to Making Changes in Your Life


1. Follow your heart.

We intellectualize ourselves out of happiness. Imagine waking up in the morning and having the life you want. What does it look like? How do you look? Where are you living? Visualize all aspects of what is in your heart. If you can see it you will believe it.

2. Discover your core value

Our core value, the value that is at the root of everything we do is what propels us into action. When we make decisions or live a life against our core value, we are at odds and unsettled. Think of the good decisions you have made and ask yourself, why 'did I make that decision?' What was the driving factor?

3. Do your research

You may think that living a life of your dreams is only a dream but you may be surprised. Enlist the help of those you trust to share your ideas and brainstorm.

4.Eliminate the negative

Change requires support- surround yourself with people who are positive and believe in you.

5.To feel good you need to do good.

Who can you help, what could you do, when can you do it? When we come from a place of gratitude, love, and concern we inspire others to do the same. What you give out will come back to you tenfold.
